HP iPrint Photo App Coming to Symbian and WinMo Devices

HP iPrint Photo, a mobile printing app that lets you wirelessly print 4 x 6-inch photos from the iPhone and iPod touch, will be available for phones using the Symbian and WinMo operating systems, HP just announced.

Also, HP said they will have an "enhanced" version of the current HP iPrint Photo for iPhone and iPod touch. The new version, available from the Apple App Store, will include support for different types of paper and additional photo print sizes.

Samsung Intrepid Coming to Sprint on October 11

Sprint and Samsung announced that the Samsung Intrepid Windows smartphone will be available at Sprint stores on October 11, 2009.

Samsung Intrepid runs on Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional and has a customizable Today screen to display the features that you access the most, such as new emails, text messages, missed calls, etc. And, the Intrepid is the first device to offer Microsoft's Tellme, which lets you dial a contact, compose a text message and search the Web by using just your voice. HTC Tilt 2 and HTC PURE Windows Phones Announced

AT&T and HTC just announced the upcoming availability of the HTC Tilt 2 and the HTC PURE with Windows Mobile 6.5. The HTC PURE is a compact touch screen smartphone and the HTC Tilt 2 has a tilting touch screen and a slide out full QWERTY keyboard.

Both phones feature the TouchFLO 3D interface on a large touch screen and provide full access to voice, text, or email in a single contact view, regardless of whether voice, text or email was used. This view can be accessed from the contact card or in the in-call screen during a phone conversation.

HTC Tilt 2 - The HTC Tilt 2 features a 3.6-inch widescreen WVGA display which can be tilted, and a QWERTY keyboard. For speakerphone use, it includes dual speakers and dual microphones with advanced noise cancellation, and HTC's Straight Talk for conference calling. The speakerphone can be activated by simply turning over the device. The HTC Tilt 2 also features a 3.2 megapixel camera. Samsung Omnia SCH-i910 from Verizon


 Samsung Omnia Samsung is going to make the long awaited Omnia available in the US in a CDMA version from Verizon. They of course released it in Asia and then Europe much earlier in GSM. This SCH-i910 is otherwise identical.

Similar in size and general appearance to the iPhone, the SCH-i910 runs Windows Mobile 6.1 with built-in 128 MB RAM and 8 GB of storage. PhoneArena says "...this is the first device with a built-in support of not only DivX, but XviD video.". Very cool. It also has a 5-megapixel camera, stereo Bluetooth, GPS, and something I like – built-in FM radio.
