A new study by a research firm specializing in the tourism industry shows that traveling by RV is the most economical way for families to take a vacation. The study, which factors in the cost of RV ownership, notes that an RV vacation can cost as much as 70% less than a cruise, 56% less than traveling to a rented condo, and 42% less than traveling in a personal car, staying in hotels and eating in restaurants.
