Lenovo is going after the MacBook Air, Dell Adamo and the Voodoo Envy with its own ultra-thin laptop. By putting less horsepower and leaving some weight to the design of the new IdeaPad U350, Lenovo has created the cheapest ultra-thin laptop to date. The 13.3-inch Lenovo IdeaPad U350 will weigh around 3.5lbs and will have a thickness of less than 1-inch.
The IdeaPad U350 will give you the choice of a Core 2 Solo, Pentium ULV or Celeron processor, up to 8GB of RAM and up to 500GB of HDD space. Your IdeaPad U350 will also come with the OneKey™ Rescue System to help recover data if it becomes corrupted.
Expect to see the Lenovo IdeaPad U350 this July for an estimated price of $600 - $700. Grab the full press release here.
