The Fairmont Chicago ‘July Fourth Weekend Escape Package’

This Fourth of July, Independence Day rocks with the Fairmont Chicago and WXRT radio. The Fairmont Chicago, named the official hotel for the annual, WXRT Free July 4th Concert at the Taste of Chicago, is pleased to offer the “July Fourth Weekend Escape package.”

Headlined by the Counting Crows and featuring They Might Be Giants and Old 97’s, the WXRT free July 4th Concert is one of the most popular attractions of the annual Taste of Chicago. This year’s concert takes place at Grant Park's Petrillo Music Shell, just steps from the Fairmont Hotel. Music begins on Sunday, July 4th at 3:00pm, followed by fireworks at sundown.
