For one week between April 16 and December 14, Greatview rents 1-3 bedrooms for $6,500 or 4-5 bedrooms for $8,500.

NOBLE HOUSE
This palatial four-bedroom beachfront estate sits on five acres and features 15,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor living space. In front of the house is a large grassy lawn that leads to the pool and adjacent beach. Noble House is a favorite for glamorous weddings and receptions. Families will enjoy the swimming pool and the two sea kayaks. For one week between April 14 and December 16, Noble House rents 1-3 bedrooms for $5,000, 4 bedrooms for $7,000 and with an additional sleeping area $8,000.

SEA HAVEN
Located on a private waterfront acre, Sea Haven is a traditional West Indian cottage dressed in charming periwinkle blue. It sits directly on the edge of beautiful Discovery Bay. This villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Sea Haven has a small man-made sand beach with a 16-jet plunge pool. The villa has complimentary snorkeling equipment, a sunning platform in the bay, two complimentary sea kayaks, a seaside gazebo, a hammock and a stone barbecue. For one week between April 14 and December 16, Sea Haven rents 1-2 bedrooms for $2,500 or 3-4 bedrooms for $3,500.

TRANQUILLITY
Relax in this beautiful five-bedroom beachfront villa with tranquil views of the sea. The well-appointed rooms of Tranquillity stretch over 4,800 square feet of rich marble floors. The spacious Great Room opens to an 86' furnished verandah overlooking two acres of landscaped grounds and the sea. Enjoy candlelight dinners served by a butler in the romantic seaside gazebo. The master suite is privately located in the east wing. Two more bedrooms are in the west wing. Across the lawn is the two-story Beach Cottage on the water's edge with the most private bedroom of all where the sound of the waves lapping at the beach can be heard all night. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have French doors to the wonderful tropical view. FORTLANDS POINT
This brand new home sits on a stunning promontory, once the site of an old stone fort. With its breathtaking location on the tip of the peninsula, the commanding view encompasses the turquoise water of Discovery Bay on one side and the deep blue Caribbean Sea on the other. Textures of teak, cedar, Italian tile and Persian rugs complement the dramatic architecture. With families in mind, seven bedrooms (including two specifically for children) have been thoughtfully designed on individual split levels.
