Football season is in full swing. How would you like to watch the game on a huge 92-inch TV? You just might get that chance. Mitsubishi is participating in Tailgate Tour 2011 this month, and is offering a chance for one lucky college football fan to win this giant TV (currently the world's largest mass-produced TV), complete with HD, 3D and Internet-connected capabilities, as well as accessories.

During the Tailgate Tour, Mitsubishi will exhibit its massive Mitsubishi 92-inch 3D DLP Home Cinema TV, a Polk Audio sub-woofer for home entertainment great sound, as well as 10 pairs of active 3D glasses from XpanD for the ultimate 3D TV experience.

Fans can enter the contest at these Tailgate Tour 2011 events by stopping at their favorite team's game each week, and registering at the Mitsubishi TV booth during the following games:

  • 10/8 - Ohio State @ Nebraska
  • 10/15 - Alabama @ Ole Miss
  • 10/22 - Wisconsin @ Michigan State

There's no doubt about it...Mitsubishi is going big in 2011. The company this week unveiled its 2011 TV line-up featuring a massive 92-inch 3D DLP Home Cinema TV.

New models include cinema-like DLP TVs ranging from 73- to 92-inches, along with Mitsubishi’s 75-inch LaserVue, the world's only laser-powered TV.

Mitsubishi's new Diamond 840 Series, which includes the 92-inch 3D DLP Home Cinema TV, comes with a ton of upgrades including a new Clear Contrast Screen that mitigates ambient light through a specially-formulated screen to deliver deep blacks, bright whites and a wide range of colors; Immersive Sound Technology (IST) 16-speaker Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound system; and Mitsubishi's iPhone, iPod touch and iPad remote control application, which gives consumers wireless control of Mitsubishi TVs with a touch screen interface.
