As part of the company's focus on a great customer experience, Sprint has expanded its social networking presence to meet and interact with customers where they are in order to provide direct and timely responses to their inquiries; this reminds me of my various issues with Comcast – it actually helps a lot. Customers can receive Sprint updates on Twitter via @Sprint or @SprintGreenNews for specific company-wide green initiatives. Samsung Exclaim: The Samsung Exclaim features a messaging-centric form factor in two great colors – Blueberry and Raspberry. The device's dual-slider design hides both a numeric keypad and a full QWERTY keyboard. Exclaim is focused on social networking, with new interactive Facebook and MySpace tiles right on the home screen as part of Sprint's award-winning One Click customizable user interface.
