Everyone seems to be going green these days and Nikon is the next company to jump on the eco bandwagon with their new ecobins binocular. The 10x25 waterproof and fogproof binocular features Eco-Glass lead, arsenic free lenses and prisms, and is made with no harmful inks or dyes.
Optics features include aspherical eyepiece lenses, internal blackening to minimize light loss inside binocular tubes, multi-coated lenses, Diopter control with click-stop adjustment corrects normal right eye and left eye imbalance and turn-and-slide rubber eyecups make it comfortable for eyeglasses wearers.
A carrying case and strap are included - which are also eco friendly – and made from a fully biodegradable
Lenzing TENCEL fiber. Even the packaging is constructed from eighty-five percent post-consumer waste and is printed on recyclable
FiberStone paper .
