BUNN My Cafe MC Home Pod Brewer Review

BUNN comes to the home with the My Cafe MC Home Pod Brewer

BUNN My Cafe MC Home Pod Brewer

BUNN has been making drip coffee makers since 1972, both for the home and commercially. You can't walk into a restaurant without seeing one of their brewers installed.

A few years back, they started manufacturing coffee brewers for the home, and they haven't looked back. The big difference in their home machines from other home brewers is the fact that most all of their models contain a heated reservoir that keeps available water hot for an instant pot of fresh-brewed coffee.

Star Rating: five stars
Cost: $99- $139.99
Where to buy: Amazon

The BUNN MC My Cafe Home Pod Brewer is their latest edition to home brewers, and essentially is a modified single cup "pour-over" brewer with a reservoir. It has a reservoir tank, and it brews 4 to 12 ounces of coffee or tea to preferred strength by adjusting the portion/volume control. The BUNN My Cafe MC uses coffee pods and tea pods, and features both a standard brew mode and a pulse brew mode for tea and darker coffees.

 BUNN Trifecta

If you are familiar with the commercial coffee giant BUNN, then you are probably also aware of the new product called the BUNN Trifecta out on the market. For that reason, the Trifecta offers more power than the Clover, and it actually has quite unique features in comparison. The machine itself is cylindrical and heavy duty, and when it is brewing, it will be illuminated. The Trifecta simply works by the user dispensing coffee grounds into the filter basket, pulling a clamp to seal the basket, and pushing the button to start the brew cycle that has three different pre-programmed stages, hence the Trifecta. Now we get it...Read more
