
The Jenn-Air Accellis 5XP built-in oven combines flowing hot air like convection with microwaves to cook food up to five times faster than a conventional oven without sacrificing food's taste, texture or appearance.
For example, traditionally it takes 45 - 55 minutes for lasagna or 55 - 65 minutes for a blackberry cobbler to cook. With the Accellis that same lasagna can be ready in just 9 minutes, with perfectly browned cheese. The blackberry cobbler could be finished in a mere 11 minutes, with the same flaky crust one expects from a conventional oven. What's nice about these ovens, unlike traditional microwaves -- they don't sacrifice quality for speed -they cook the same way an oven would.
