
It's HOT! To stay hydrated during this heat wave and throughout the dog days of summer, drink plenty of cold fluids -- They're better than drinking room temperature ones--simply because it satisfies your body better, and if it tastes better, you'll drink more to stay hydrated.
What are the best fluids to drink? Plenty of water, sports-energy drinks, diluted fruit juice, or ice-cold lemonade are best for hydration and to help replace the electrolytes your body depletes during exercise or this heat.
