How do the Celebrities look so good...Even when they're pregnant?
I've heard of so many celebrities that are pregnant like Jodi Foster and Cindy Crawford. Do you know what they're doing to stay in shape during their pregnancies? Do they have personal trainers?

Hi Jamey:
I'm not sure what Jodi Foster's doing--but she does look great! Many celebrities train with my good friend Birgitta Lauren -- her specialty is pregnancy fitness. Jane Seymour worked out with Birgitta while on bed rest the last month prior to delivering her twins. And she's now training Suzy Amis-Cameron. Birgitta say's 'Suzy is currently 37 weeks pregnant and extraordinarily energetic, fit, strong and about the most athletic looking 9-month pregnant woman around. ' However, Suzy's just like any pregnant woman -- having to modify each workout and each exercise by how she feels each day. Suzy either walks on the treadmill, rides a recumbent bike or swims every day for cardiovascular exercise. Her other workouts consists of yoga exercises, squats, hip, abdominal, Kegel, and upper back exercises as well as various childbirth preparation and breathing exercises.
*Note: Prenatal exercise is very important -- but always check with your Dr. first (the stars have to too)!
*Fit moms have much better deliveries, and babies that adapt faster, are healthier, leaner, and smarter.
