ClimaCool II Adidas Running Shoe

The new ClimaCool II Adidas running shoes provide the neutral footstrike runner with 360 degrees of dynamic ventilation to enhance running performance by keeping the foot cool.

An evolution of ClimaCool I, this shoe has larger vents, including some on the tongue, which have increased the ventilation and redirected the airflow so that it is actually scooped and driven into the foot. It also has full forefoot adiPRENE , which makes for a smoother and softer ride.

Technology

• Synthetic open mesh upper with 360 degrees ventilation. Midfoot ribbed chassis. Vented sockliner. Carbon rubber outsole.



• ClimaCool - provides dynamic ventilation and moisture management with an upper, sockliner and sole that let air flow, reducing heat and moisture build-up, while keeping the foot cool and comfortable for peak performance.



• adiPRENE - maximizes heel protection and stability at ground contact with a shock absorbing cushion located under the heel, which provides extra protection from harmful impact forces. adiPRENE also maintains forefoot propulsion and efficiency with an elastic material located under the forefoot, which retains natural propulsive forces at toe-off for greater forefoot efficiency and maximizes energy use.



• TORSION SYSTEM - creates stability and control by providing midfoot support, which allows natural rotation between the rearfoot and the forefoot and improves surface adaptability.
