The site features Celebrity Profiles that provide exercise tips from pros like Cynthia Cooper of the WNA and a U.S. Olympics Swim coach. Their Athletic Performance page provides tips for competition. They have an Interactive Human Figure where you can select body parts to focus on and get listings of fitness machines to use and exercises to perform.
