Just announced today, LG’s Rumor 2 is no longer a rumor. This phone, with a full sliding QWERTY keyboard, 1/3 megapixel camera and large QVGA display will be available exclusively from Sprint for $49.99 after a new two-year agreement and $50 rebate.

Other features include a removable backplate, stereo Bluetooth, MP3 player, GPS and an extra enclosed battery cover. LG Rumor2 will be available in two color options: Black Titanium and Vibrant Blue. It will be available on March 15 in Black Titanium and on March 29 in Vibrant Blue at www.sprint.com and 1-800-Sprint1. But if you want to buy it in-store, you’ll have to wait until April 19.
