In honor of the Royal Couple's visit to California this week, The California Travel & Tourism Commission (CTTC) has declared summer 2011 "The Royal Summer" and compiled a variety of Royal Summer packages and deals so that travelers can Vacation Like a Royal on any Budget when visiting the Golden State.
