From the pictures you can see the LED daytime running lights, also note that door-mounted side mirrors stand out further on thinner stands and it looks like the hood will be a little bit longer than previous versions.

The rumored powertrains for this new generation SLK include the 2.2L four-cylinder diesel found in the current C250 CDI, with a rating of 204hp (152kW) and 369lb-ft (500Nm) in its C-Class application. The Ford Fiesta is still about a year away from its U.S. relaunch, but we can check it out at ESPN's X Games with a trio of rally-prepped vehicles on July 30-August 2 in Los Angeles. The drivers will be Olsbergs Motor Sport Evolution's Kenny Brack and ROCKSTAR Energy Drink's Tanner Foust and Brian Deegan.

The Pike's Peak Fiesta was epic! These Fiestas will be a little bit tamer, but they are still fully equipped race cars. This is the first time a Ford has competed as a race car in X Games competition, too. I really don't think Ford has much to worry about, considering who they have driving.

I'm all the more excited now for the X Games, since we will get to see the Fiesta in its rawest form in the states!

Enter, the Fornasari Racing Buggy, a 610hp buggy designed to not only be a formidable and effective series racer, but street legal and luxurious, as well. This buggy seats 5 and is built on a RR600 chassis. The GM supplied, 610hp 7.0L V8 engine creates 552lb-ft (748Nm) of torque through its all-wheel-drive system.

Measuring at 17ft (5.20m) long, 7ft (2.15m) wide and 6ft (1.85m) tall and weighing in at nearly 3,500lbs (1,600kg), this buggy is very hearty. However, don't let its size fool you, as this buggy can quickly do 0-62mph in 3.8 seconds.Read more

At 800hp, this 2L Ford Fiesta is a bit of a promo stunt by Ford as it gears up to bring the Fiesta back to the states. The Fiesta will be Ford Motor Company's main competition vehicle for rallying in the coming years, though. The highly modified Fiesta will feature an all-wheel-drive system and custom suspension with other modifications that have not been revealed.

There will be two Fiestas competing July 19th at Pike's Peak. They will be driven by Andreas Eriksson and rally legend Marcus Grönholm in the 'Unlimited Class' at Pike's Peak, in an attempt to be the first team to break the 10-minute mark over the 12.4-mile, 156-turn pavement and gravel course.
