Zoom Date 110 SRPMA 2002 ORLANDO, FL, February 24, 2002 – Fuji Photo Film U.S.A., Inc is adding two models to its 35mm line up of cameras for specialty retailers with the Fujifilm Zoom Date 110 SR and Fujifilm Zoom Date 125 SR. The newly designed cameras are packed with features offering versatility and convenience for consumers. Both cameras sport a new champagne color with a gold trim making the cameras very stylish. The Zoom Date 110 SR and Zoom Date 125 SR feature Fujifilm’s Sure Loading System, which combines easy film loading and auto prewinding. With auto prewinding, the film automatically advances and, because the film is prewound to the end, shots are protected from the light in the event that the camera is accidentally opened.

The Zoom Date 110 SR features a Fujinon 38-110mm (2.9x) Zoom lens while the Zoom Date 125 SR boasts a 38-125mm (3.3x) Zoom lens. The combination of high-quality Fujinon optics and infrared autofocus ensures sharp pictures and the large viewfinder makes framing and composition easy.

The Zoom Date 110 SR and Zoom Date 125 SR offer the ability to imprint the time and date on the front of each photo to help keep track of when pictures were taken.

“These cameras introduce a new, sleek look for our specialty retail camera line while delivering the quality Fujifilm is known for,” said Margaret Toub, Optical Product Manager, Consumer Markets Division, Fuji Photo Film U.S.A., Inc. “With the introduction of the Zoom Date 110 SR and Zoom Date 125 SR, we are demonstrating Fujifilm’s commitment to providing consumers with a choice of products for photo enthusiasts.”

The cameras feature multi-mode auto zoom flash to ensure excellent picture quality under a variety of conditions and several different photo modes including: Fill-in Flash, Flash-off, Red-eye Reduction, Night Portrait and Landscape. It is easy to read the modes with the large LCD display.

The Zoom Date 110 SR and Zoom Date 125 SR both come with a remote control that allows the photographer to fire the camera up to five meters away. In addition, the cameras offer a sequential self-timer that allows up to three consecutive shots so the photographer can join in the fun and be a part of the pictures.

The Fujifilm Zoom Date 110 SR will be available in July 2002 at a manufacturer’s suggested list price of $199.95. The Fujifilm Zoom Date 125 SR will be available in April 2002 at a manufacturer’s suggested list price of $259.95. Both cameras will be sold with Fujicolor film, battery, remote and strap.
