By now you should be familiar with Eye-Fi, the company that developed the first wireless memory cards. Now they have launched Eye-Fi View, a service that gives you full access to all of your photos and videos from any Internet connected device. The company also announced a new email-sharing feature which allows you to share full-resolution images with friends without clogging up their inbox or requiring viewers to login.

With Eye-Fi View, you can take a picture on your smartphone or digital camera — and then send some to Facebook, keep some private, and share others with friends via email. All you have to do is log into your Eye-Fi account from any Internet connected device to view your photos, publish them on the web, or share them via email. With the new email feature, recipients can download full resolution images with just a single click – even if they aren't Eye-Fi users.Read more

Three years ago Nikon launched my Picturetown, a service that gives users a place to store and share images and videos. Now, with almost 1,000,000 members, Nikon has made it even better by unveiling a new design with easier navigation and better sharing and creativity tools.

A brand new feature to my Picturetown is PhotoMovie, a tool that lets members create a slideshow of photos and add music, text and special effects. Once created, members can share their PhotoMovie with friends easily via email or social networks.

In addition, the homepage has been redesigned, the "My Photos" page has been enhanced, and now users can personalize their shared albums with 18 different design options. The improved "My Photos" page lets users view thousands of photos on one page, organize them with a simple drag-and-drop, and share photos through a Facebook uploading function. Flip Video just announced its new FlipShare software that makes sharing personal videos from your Flip camcorder easier than ever. With FlipShare you can publish your own personal video channels online with Flip Channels, as well as upload to MySpace and YouTube.

The new Flip Channels feature lets you share Flip content with the people you choose. Once you create a Flip Channel, their personal Flip Channels can be viewed online at FlipShare.com or on any iPhone (with the new FlipShare for iPhone app, available soon).

The new version of FlipShare software will begin shipping as the on-board software for all Flip Video camcorders today (June 16, 2009). This week, Memeo released the new version of their photo-sharing software, Memeo Share.

Memeo Share is a unique photo-sharing product - it lets your digital photos and videos go directly to the desktops of your friends and family. I told you about the mobile photo sharing site SnapMyLife back in March. Now, jumping on the Twitter bandwagon, they have introduced Snap2Twitter, a free Twitter application for BlackBerry or iPhone users that lets you take a photo (or use a picture already on your phone), add text, tweet it and save the photo on the SnapMyLife site.
