Panasonic's Touch the Future Tour is not to be missed

Jeff Samuels, one of the best and most influential PR folks in the business, called to let us know that Panasonic is hosting a 15-city "Panasonic Touch the Future Tour" which kicked off on Monday, March 15 with events in New York City, Los Angeles and Chicago and 12 other major cities across the US over the next five weeks.

The tour is free and will give consumers across the US an opportunity to see, hear and interact with the latest cutting-edge home entertainment products, including a chance to experience live the first Full HD 3D Home Theater systems.

With the Panasonic Touch the Future Tour, the latest and greatest new technology will be showcased. An industry veteran and all around good guy, Bob Perry, Senior Vice President, of Panasonic told me "Panasonic really raised the bar in consumer electronics for 2010, most especially in the launch of the world's first full HD 3-D Home Theater System. There has never been a more exciting time for people to take their home entertainment experience to a new level. Many have heard about these great new 3-D products plasmas and we want to give people across the country a chance to see for themselves how much enjoyment 3-D adds to their television experience."

The Panasonic Touch the Future Tour features hands-on demonstrations of Panasonic's 2010 HD 3D Plasma Home Entertainment Systems, but also Panasonic's top rated flat panel VIERA Plasma TVs, , LCD and LED HDTV's; Blu-ray Disc Players, Home Theater Systems; and LUMIX Digital Cameras and Camcorders. The best part of the whole experience is that it is free, but beware, once you see it you may end up spending a little money at Best Buy on some of this great new gear.

Panasonic's Touch the Future Tour Sweepstakes will award one lucky visitor (18 years of age or older as of March 15, 2010) in each of the cities on the Tour a Full HD 3D Home Theater System featuring a Panasonic Full HD 3D VIERA Plasma HDTV, Panasonic 3D Blu-ray Disc Player and one pair of Panasonic Active Shutter Eyewear.
