March 1, 2006 -- HP today announced new Pavilion and Presario notebook PCs with the option to configure with Intel's new dual-core mobile technology, the latest nVidia discrete graphics or Intel integrated graphics, and Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005.

The HP Pavilion dv8000 Series Notebook PC, HP Pavilion dv5000 Series Notebook PC, and the Compaq Presario V5000 Series Notebook PC are available to configure-to-order at www.hpshopping.com, at participating retail kiosks, or by calling +1-888-999-4747. HP Pavilion dv8000 Series Notebook PC
