Both are true with the latest from Epson. The MovieMate 85HD and MovieMate 62 are the company's latest home entertainment projector/DVD combo solutions.

The MovieMate 85HD and MovieMate 62 both feature a 3LCD projector, built-in DVD player and Dolby Digital audio with two built-in 10W speakers. Both also include an integrated microphone jack and offer plug 'n play connectivity, including HDMI. They are compatible with iPod, Nintendo Wii, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. A 16:9 widescreen 60-inch image can be projected from six feet away or a 120-inch image from just 12 feet away – and no additional cables are needed for set-up.Read more

Epson wants to bring people together, and to do that, they have a new campaign called the Great American Movie Night that educates people on projecting movies on big screens outdoors. As part of the campaign, Epson announced two new contests, the Projector-A-Day Giveaway and the Makeover Your Backyard Sweepstakes.

In the Projector-A-Day Giveaway, Epson is giving away a Epson MovieMate 60 projector each day between May 17–23! Register until May 23, 2010 at 9 a.m. PT to be eligible to win. For anyone that hosts their own movie night with friends, Epson wants you to share a photo of the event to enter the Makeover Your Backyard Sweepstakes. Simply upload a photo of your movie night on the Great American Movie Night Web site to enter for a chance to win $2,500 towards a backyard theater makeover.
