Dell Gifts 2010 MLB Players, Coaches Mini 10 Netbooks

Dell Inspiron Mini netbook with All MLB Teams –Die Hard Fan artwork

Today, the 2010 MLB All Star Game takes place at Angel Stadium. To celebrate, Dell is giving each of the teams' players, as well as the coaching staff, a Dell Inspiron Mini netbook personalized with the All MLB Teams –Die Hard Fan artwork from the Dell Design Studio.

Dell first unveiled the Major League Baseball collection last fall, with custom artwork featuring all 30 MLB teams. The designs are available on Dell's Mini and Studio laptops, and include either team logos in one corner or full-cover designs. This Spring Dell added three special edition designs recognizing the 2009 World Champion New York Yankees, making over 95 different MLB team designs available.

The Dell Inspiron Mini 10 is available running either Windows XP or Windows 7 and features a 10.1-inch display, up to 250GB hard drive, 1GB DDR2 SDRAM, Intel Atom Processor N450, optional Crystal HD Broadcom Media Accelerator, webcam, and either a 3-cell or 6-cell battery. A built-in digital TV tuner is also an option, you know, so you won't miss a single MLB game. Prices start at $299.99.

PlayStation Network Gives Dad a Free Weekend of MLB.TV

 Free Weekend of MLB.TV

Dads and baseball fans, pay attention! PlayStation Network is giving all PlayStation 3 owners a free weekend of MLB.TV for Father's Day. Beginning today through Sunday, June 20, 2010, anyone with the MLB.TV app on their PlayStation 3 system can stream all the live Major League Baseball games for free. You can even catch up on past games! Now tell me, what baseball loving dad wouldn't want to spend his weekend kicked back, watching all the free MLB games he can get?

Don't have the MLB.TV app? Go to the "Media" category in the PlayStation Store to download the free MLB.TV app. PlayStation is (of course) hoping that you'll love this free weekend enough to subscribe to MLB.TV so you won't miss out on the remaining 2010 MLB Season.
