Watch out, Kindle! There's a new kid in town – the 8.1-inch IREX DR800SG digital reader. While not in color (a color version is said to be in the works), this e-reader features a touchscreen, access to the Barnes and Noble online store, and will run on Verizon's 3G network.

The IREX DR800SG with a leather cover will be available in October at Best Buy for $399.99. Wireless access to download content is included in the cost of the DR800SG and no contract is required. Read more
