Part of the Architect series appliances for the kitchen, KitchenAid has expanded its presence outside the kitchen to offer a range of sleek, stainless steel appliances, including professional quality freestanding or a built-in gas grilles and bars, serving carts, slide-in refrigerators and icemakers. The freestanding and built-in gas grilles are delivered fully assembled, available in 27-,36-, and 48-inch full grille models, and in 39- and 48-inch units with 2 side burners each capable of outputting 15,000 BTUs. Stainless steel grates, rust proof and durable, work in combination with stainless steel flame spreaders, the grille lid and sear plates to evenly distribute heat throughout the grille and grille surface. Easy to clean and convenient to use, these grilles start effortlessly with electronic ignition to maintain constant temperatures and feature stainless steel drip guards to reduce the need for clean up.

The majority of KitchenAid grilles are equipped with rotisserie with rear-mounted infrared burner, a warming rack and a smoker drawer that can be filled with aromatic wood chips to enhance the flavor of grilled foods. Optional accessories, include a griddle paddle, wok ring, vinyl cover and stainless steel access doors for the built-in models. Manufacturer's suggested retail prices range from $2,400 to $5,700 for freestanding grilles and $1,850 to $4,800 for built-in models.

The freestanding and built-in Architect series bars provide every essential for mixing and serving drinks in style, including a sink and faucet, KitchenAid water filter, ice bin compartment, cutting board, towel rack and removable shelves. A four-section compartment next to the ice bin provides storage for bottles and garnishes. The bar carts range from suggested list prices of $1,400 to $2,100.

The serving cart, designed to be easily wheeled, features a front rail for bottle storage and perforated stainless steel welded construction that easily sheds water. Suggested list prices for the serving cart is $529.99.

An industry-first all stainless steel interior is among the features of the slide-in refrigerator, which can be installed as a single unit, stacked or as a side by side. In addition to ample space for grilling ingredients and other foods, it will accommodate up to 12 bottles on two stainless steel shelves. The refrigerator features water resistant stainless steel construction, and may be outfitted with optional casters for easy movement. Suggested retail price $1,800.

The outdoor icemaker, available in freestanding or built-in applications, features all stainless steel weather proof construction and a cabinet that is corrosion resistant. Easily disassembled for cleaning, the icemaker can produce 50lbs. of ice per 24 hours and offers a 28-pound ice capacity. Additional features include a sleek Architect series handle and adjustable level legging. Suggested retail price $2,600.
