Gas, Charcoal or Corn?

Snowflame GrillForget propane and briquettes, plant yourself some corn and you'll have all the fuel you need for the Snowflame BBQ grill. The Snowflame cooks with corn instead of gas or charcoal. I know what you're thinking: Doesn't the corn pop? The answer is no. In fact, corn releases oxygen into the air and has no pollutants. What's really cool is it produces no smoke whatsoever.

The grill features a bin that holds a giant stash of kernels. To cook, simply turn a switch that dispenses the corn in to mini- fire box. Heat is adjustable from 250- to 600 degrees. A gallon of corn cost about 40-cents and can cook up to 7-hours. Besides lack of carcinogens and pollution, corn's heat cooks like a steamer keeping moisture inside the food with less shrinkage.

The grill features a 476 sq. inch cooking area, a side oven and a stainless steel exterior. For trivia buffs, the Snowflame was developed by Carrol Buckner who created the Buck Stove in the 1970's.

It sells for $1,295 (stainless) or $895 (black).Go to www.snowflame.com and be sure and check out the corn burning fireplaces as well.
