The new deluxe Craftsman EZ-Walk Rear Wheel Drive Hi-Vac Lawn Mower, already hailed as one of the best mulching mowers Craftsman ever has offered, now includes Ready Start, which automatically delivers the right amount of gas to the carburetor at start-up. The new starting system eliminates the need for manual priming or choking, and requires less effort and shorter rope pulls.

The mower also features the Fresh Start fuel-stabilizing system. To help prevent stale gas, a cartridge containing concentrated fuel stabilizer snaps into a special gas cap. Stabilizer is released slowly to keep gas fresh. The mower’s Hi-Vac deck allows unrestricted airflow to help lift grass for a clean cut. EZ-Walk speed control lets the operator walk at his or her most comfortable pace by simply using a trigger handle. The two-position, foam-grip handle is inspired by those used on baby strollers – it’s gradually sloped on both sides for a comfortable grip, even after extended use periods.
