Charbroil Patio Bistro

Charbroil’s new Patio Bistro is the only outdoor, full-sized electric grill designed to perform at the same level as a charcoal or gas grill.

The Patio Bistro uses a multi-layered aluminum composite called Thermsulate (originally developed as an automotive heat shield) which lines the entire inside of the grill casting. This Thermsulate liner increases the heat level in three ways: 1) it reflects thermal energy back into the grill, 2) it insulates so less heat escapes, and 3) it conducts heat across the grilling surface for even heat distribution. The result is electric cooking that actually rivals gas.

Electric grilling also eliminates the hassles of changing propane tanks, lighting coals and unsafe flare-ups. The Patio Bistro features a cobalt blue porcelain hood and a 480 square inch workspace integrated into the right side of the grill. A towel bar and tool holders are on the outside edge and inset in the table is a dishwasher safe cutting board that doubles as a serving tray.
