Weber Unveils New Luxury Summit Built-In Gas GrillMarch 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Weber-Stephen Products Co., the world's premier manufacturer of barbecue grills, today unveiled its new line of three Summit Built-In gas grills with two matching accessories -- the Summit Built-In Tank Cabinet and Summit Built-In Side Burner -- at the Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association Expo in Anaheim, California. Summit Built-In gas grills are ingeniously engineered to install much like an indoor range fits into a kitchen counter. Its design simplifies island construction, which makes grill installation easier and less costly, and it provides better access for service. Importantly, the new Summit Built-Ins are derived from Weber's top-of-the-line Summit stand-alone gas grills that were introduced last year to become immediate best-sellers.
Weber Quality and Innovative Design
Built-In Demand Up as Popularity of Outdoor Room Continues To Rise This makes sense as more homeowners are building an outdoor room -- which is defined as an outdoor area with a grilling/cooking, eating, and sitting space. In fact, according to last year's Weber Outdoor Room Tracking Study, more than one-third of outdoor room owners surveyed said that the design of this area is equally as important as the design of their homes' interior spaces. Nearly half of those surveyed who did not own an outdoor room said they are interested in having one (44 percent), and of those, 28 percent said that they were at least "somewhat likely" to create an outdoor room in the very near future. Importantly, over a third of outdoor room owners said that this space adds to their quality of life.
Summit Built-In Accessories The Summit Built-In Side Burner, which also installs easily, is made out of commercial grade, porcelain enamel-coated steel with a stainless steel protective cover. It is rated at 12,000 BTU-per-hour input and has an MSRP of $99. For more information on other Weber products and for the Weber dealer near you, visit www.weber.com.
