Wanna Be a (Desperate) Housewife?

March 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Frank Family Vineyards today announced that Rich Frank, Co-Owner of Frank Family Vineyards, Chairman of The Firm, and former President of Disney Studios has partnered with Steve McPherson, President of ABC Entertainment, actor Teri Hatcher, Chef Norman Van Aken and the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills to offer a smash hit auction lot at this year's Auction Napa Valley, to be held at Meadowood Napa Valley resort June 4, 2005.

The Frank Family Vineyards lot is one of about fifty live lots offered at the auction, an annual fundraiser for local charities in the Napa Valley. "Steve McPherson and I are making a wine together called 'Promise' -- a very limited production (200 cases) Cabernet Sauvignon that will be released in 2007. We thought we'd debut it at this year's Auction Napa Valley and bring a bit of Tinseltown to wine country to raise some money for the local charities. Teri Hatcher loves the Napa Valley -- she just spent her 40th birthday up here. She's hoping to come to the auction as well," commented Rich Frank.

The auction lot invites the winning bidder to come to Hollywood with their main squeeze and two other couples, where they'll will be feted like an Emmy- worthy celeb with their own limo, luxurious suites at the venerable Four Seasons Los Angeles in Beverly Hills, and a world-class dinner hosted by Rich, Teri and Steve at the highly acclaimed NORMAN'S restaurant on Sunset Boulevard. They'll take a seat in the kitchen at the chef's table where world-renowned Chef Norman Van Aken will prepare an unforgettable feast, and Frank Family limited-release wines will flow.

The winning bidder will then be a part of ABC's hit series Desperate Housewives with his or her very own priceless walk-on role on the award- winning show. Imagine the chance to spice up Wisteria Lane and go home with "dailies" to wow family and friends with a stellar star turn and a five-year vertical collection of 3-liter etched bottles of Frank Family Vineyards' "Winston Hill" (1998-2002) and the first case of 2004 "Promise," a 200-case production Cabernet Sauvignon blend made by Rich Frank and Steve McPherson, from Frank Family's Winston Hill Vineyard in Rutherford, which will be released in 2007.
