United Airlines Puts Hawaii On Sale

April 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- United Airlines announced today a sale for travel to Hawaii with low fares from cities throughout the Mainland United States.

"Hawaii has universal appeal because of its physical beauty and wonderful ambiance. These low fares make vacationing there this spring on United even more attractive," said Chris Bowers, senior vice president-sales and reservations. "We offer a comprehensive schedule of daily service to four Hawaiian islands -- the Big Island (Hawaii), Kauai, Maui and Oahu (Honolulu) -- from our major hubs of Los Angeles and San Francisco. In addition, United offers nonstop service between Denver and Honolulu."

Here are same sample markets with each-way off-peak fares based on round- trip purchase (including $10 each way fuel surcharge): Los Angeles-Honolulu, $220; Seattle-Kona, $250; Boston-Kauai, $369; Chicago-Honolulu, $349.

The sale is offered in both directions -- to and from Hawaii -- thus also allowing Hawaiian residents an opportunity to visit the Mainland at exceptionally attractive rates.
