TN Residents Win Rack Room Shoes Model Search
Amare, age five, may be the youngest and the smallest model for Rack Room’s Back to School ad campaign but he is definitely the hardest to overlook. According to his big sister Akolbia, age seven, “He loves shoes! Rhino Reds are his favorites.” To enter the contest, Akolbia and Amare’s mother, Kelly Biggers, filled out a brief entry form and include snapshots of her kids. “I didn’t tell them I entered them at the time. When I told Akolbia they had won she stared at me with the biggest eyes I had ever seen.” Akolbia aspires to be an actor/model one day among other things including: archeologist, pediatrician, gymnast and of course president. The Bigger’s are fans of Rack Room Shoes mainly because the whole family can find what they like. “Rack Room Shoes offers a variety of styles and brands at very affordable prices,” said Kelly. Rack Room Shoes launches the 2009 Models Wanted contest mid-September. The contest runs through December 31st and entrants can sign up at any of Rack Room’s 378 stores in 26 states.
