April 30 -- Systemax today introduced a PC with an Intel Pentium 4 processor and Windows2000 Professional priced at $999.

The new Venture U14b PC also comes with 128MB RDRAM, a 20GB hard drive, and a 52x CD-ROM. The computer meets the hardware requirements to run Microsoft Windows XP when the operating software becomes available later this year.
