Spring is for Families in the Daytona Beach Area

April 2005 – Families seeking a much deserved spring getaway can enjoy great vacation values with the Daytona Beach Area Convention and Visitors Bureau’s Spring Family Beach Break program. Spring Family Beach Break runs from April 1-May 26, 2005 and features special packages, discounts and offers good at 20 participating Daytona Beach area hotels, attractions, restaurants and shops.

“The Daytona Beach area is always a popular family destination,” says Frank Molnar, owner of Shoreline All Suites Inn, one of the hotels participating in the Spring Family Beach Break program. “The drop we’ve seen in recent years in the number of college students on break here is more than compensated by the many families who enjoy our beaches this time of the year.”

The Daytona Beach area’s Spring Family Beach Break season kicks off April 1 featuring a variety of offers including vacation packages that include oceanfront hotel accommodations, complimentary Continental breakfast and admission passes to popular area attractions such as the Marine Science Center, Sun Cruz Casino and Daytona Beach TrolleyBoat Tours. Spring Family Beach Break packages start at $89 per night.
