SiPix Introduces 3.3 Mega Pixel Still Camera With Digital Video for $199

Sept. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- SiPix debuted today its new SC-3300, a 3.3 Mega Pixel digital still and video camera, at a price that rivals the competition's 2 Mega Pixel cameras. At the unheard of price of only $199.99, the stylish new SiPix digital camera is loaded with features found on more expensive digital cameras. SiPix will demonstrate the product at the Photokina Trade Show, September 25-30, 2002, Hall 3.1, booth #N8/P8.

Available in time for the Holiday Season, the compact SC-3300 is a 3.3 Mega Pixel camera that can capture both still images and video, features a large 1.6-inch color LCD for picture and video preview and playback, a 3X digital zoom, 16 megabytes of internal memory and a CompactFlash slot for additional memory, Movie mode for recording video up to 15 fps, a macro lens for tight close up shots, continuous-shot mode for capturing up to 4 images in rapid succession, four-mode flash (auto, on, off and red-eye reduction), and a convenient self timer.

They can quickly transfer images from the SC-3300 to their computer without the need of a third party TWAIN application.

The SC-3300 includes a USB cable, camera strap, a quick start guide and 2 AA batteries, software CD-ROM containing the SC-3300 TWAIN driver, SiPix Camera Wizard, ArcSoft PhotoImpression, ArcSoft VideoImpression, Adobe Acrobat Reader and a PDF owner's manual.
