Panasonic Introduces New KX-T7731 AND KX-T7736 Telephones

August 11, 2004-- Panasonic presents the new KX-T7731 and KX-T7736 corded system telephones, designed for use with all of its current in-home telephone systems. Accentuated by system-powered, backlit dial keypads and LCD displays - features rarely found on a corded telephone - both models are available in fashionable charcoal black or off-white and highlighted by sophisticated styling.

When used in conjunction with any of Panasonic's current in-home telephone systems, the new KX-T7731 and KX-T7736 can help the homeowner effectively streamline their communications needs. Product features include:

• A backlit LCD display (3-line x 16-characters on the KX-T7736 and single-line x 16-characters on the KX-T7731) for viewing Caller ID information or system directory and system features in less-than-perfect light;
• The inclusion of 24 programmable buttons for one-touch access to phones located throughout your home, Speed Dial, optional Door Phones located at the various entrances of your home, All Page (simultaneously pages all phone extensions), Caller ID log and more;
• Fixed buttons for Intercom, Conference, Program, Voice Mail, Forward/Do Not Disturb, Flash/Recall, Auto Answer/Mute, Auto Dial/Store and Redial;
• Three large buttons for Hold, Transfer and Speakerphone;
• Backlit dial keypads;
• A navigation key for Volume, Display, Contrast and Function selection.

The new corded telephones are also wall mountable and include a 2.5mm headset jack.
