Micro Research II Announces 3D-Album DVD Suite

September 16, 2003 — Micro Research II announced today at Tech X/PC Expo 3D-Album DVD Suite. 3D-Album DVD Suite lets consumers create animated Windows-based photo albums with dozens of true 3D animated presentation styles with more available online every day. Users can automatically segue from one snapshot to another, and include music, text and voiceovers. With the included Visviva Animation Capture software, the finished animation can be converted into AVI, MPEG1, MPEG2, Windows Media, and RealVideo formats for SVCD, VCD or DVD viewing on a TV.

Slideshow presentations can also be uploaded to websites, sent as email attachments or turned into custom screensavers in which the images spin, dissolve, curl, glide, flip, float, explode and otherwise stay in constant 3D motion. Family and friends can enjoy the show without installing any special software on their PCs.

Just select the appropriate photo folder from your image management software, drag and drop the photos to put them in the sequence you prefer, and choose the presentation style that you prefer. Users can adjust animation speed, photo size, background colors, textures and other features; insert photo captions or text commentary as well as pre-recorded voice narrations; and add any MP3, WMA, WAVE or MIDI files for background music.
