LaCURE Introduces European Plan Rates at Roaring Pavilion Villa & Spa

July 2004 --LaCURE, North America's premier luxury villa rental company with 25 years' expertise, recently introduced a basic European Plan for its flagship property, Roaring Pavilion Villa & Spa in St. Ann's Bay, Jamaica. European Plan rates start at $2,100 per night, a 40 percent difference in price from its Luxury All-Inclusive plan, which starts at $3,500 per night.

"Restructuring our rates gives travelers more options and allows those who would otherwise not be able to afford our all-inclusive rate to enjoy this stunning property," said LaCURE Principal Geoffrey Williams.

Throughout the summer and shoulder seasons, April 16 through Dec. 14, 2004, European Plan rates are $2,100 per night. During Christmas and New Year's, the nightly rate is $4,000, and a 14-night minimum stay is required.

From Dec. 15 through April 15, 2005, European Plan rates are $2,500 per night. These rates apply to up to eight guests and include deluxe accommodations, full access to the spectacular grounds and service of the staff. Costs for food, beverage, spa services, vehicle and driver, airport transfers, and gratuities are additional. Food, beverages and spa treatments are subject to a 15 percent service charge.

Roaring Pavilion Villa & Spa is located on a five-acre, private beachfront estate where the Roaring River meets the Caribbean Sea in St. Ann's Bay, Jamaica, a few minutes outside of Ocho Rios. The villa's beach is known as James Bond Beach, the location for the classic scene from Dr. No, where Sean Connery greeted Ursula Andress emerging from the surf.

The exquisite, 5,000 sq. ft. villa features the world's first private full-service spa with a full-time therapist, four distinctive master bedroom suites with marble baths, an indoor reflecting pool, lush landscaped grounds with a river flowing through the property, a lagoon-style swimming pool, baby grand piano, large screen satellite TV, DVD and infra-red remote control sound system throughout the house.

Roaring Pavilion's skilled Chef Johanna Mitchell, who studied under world- renowned chef Albert Vinazza, offers guests delectable European and Jamaican fusion fare. Chef Mitchell's meals are complemented by selections of fine French wines and a beautiful table, complete with Spode china, Christofle flatware, Waterford stemware and sterling silver tea service.

Eight additional staff members, including housekeepers, a majordomo, butler, laundress and gardener are dedicated to exceeding guests' expectations. A three-bedroom residence on the grounds conveniently houses live-in staff so that staff members are on premise at all times.

Roaring Pavilion's Luxury-All Inclusive rates range from $3,500 - $5,000 per night depending on the season and number of guests. These rates include full use of the house and grounds, staff service, meals and non-alcoholic beverages, spa services, beach equipment and activities, a chauffeur-driven car, and an airport greeting with transportation to and from the villa. Not included in the cost are staff gratuities and alcoholic beverages (a bar selection may be arranged before arrival or on-site). Added activities including scuba diving, windsurfing and water skiing are available on request.
