Kodak Professional ReadyLoad Single-Sheet Packet Holder Arrives

October 10 - Large-format photographers can now enjoy even greater ease of use of Kodak Professional films in ReadyLoad Single-Sheet Packets, with the arrival of a new single-sheet film packet holder. Kodak Professional ReadyLoad Single-Sheet Packets, which contain Kodak Professional's most popular reversal, color negative and black and white films, allow for easy daylight handling of 4x5 film. The reliable, easy-to-use film format eliminates the need for conventional sheet film holders and their attendant hassles.

The film packets are designed for use with the new Kodak Professional ReadyLoad single-sheet packet film holder, which replaces its double-sheet predecessor. The sleek new holder is all black except for its red "release grip," which features a ribbed design to ensure a comfortable, secure grip. The holder greatly simplifies film handling and virtually eliminates unwanted film exposure.

Pre-loaded film packets appeal to photographers because they eliminate hassles associated with loading traditional film holders. With ReadyLoad film packets and holder, there's no need for a darkroom to preload, and no worries about dust - helping photographers concentrate more on their assignment and less on logistics.

The new single-sheet format also minimizes waste when bracketing exposures and greatly simplifies product tracking within a photo lab. The packets and holder together are compact and lightweight, further simplifying photographers' logistics. Additional features such as color-coded graphics and usage instructions printed directly on the packet enable quick reference to the film type and allow for last-minute verification that the correct film is loaded.

ReadyLoad packets come pre-loaded with single sheets of Ektachrome film E100S, Ektachrome film E100VS, Ektachrome 100 Plus Professional film/EPP, Ektachrome 100 Professional Film/EPN, Ektachrome 64T Professional film/EPY, Portra 160VC film and T-Max 100 Professional film/TMX.

Color-coded graphics enable both photographers and labs to quickly reference each product family (color reversal, color negative and black & white). The products come packaged with 20 packets per box, which is fully recyclable.
