Hyatt Regency Lake Las Vegas Announces $4 Million Guest Room Renovation

January 24, 2006 – Hyatt Regency Lake Las Vegas Resort, Spa & Casino announced that the hotel is currently undergoing a $4 million renovation of its 493 guest rooms. In keeping with the property's warm Moroccan theme and celebrating its relaxing lakefront resort setting, the updated rooms will feature an overall brighter ambience with all new furniture, textured walls, draperies and carpet, as well as plush new bedding.

As part of the renovations scheduled for completion early this year, the revamped rooms will introduce Hyatt Hotels & Resorts' new Grand Bed and Bedding. In addition, bathrooms will be refinished with a luxurious new look and will feature Hyatt's exclusive new Portico bath products in Eucalyptus. Guest corridors will also be updated with new carpet and custom wall sconces.

2005 improvements at Hyatt Regency Lake Las Vegas included the renovation and expansion of the resort's Spa Moulay, which added three treatment rooms, calming water features and rich mahogany wood accents in the salon and waiting area, as well as new carpet and Portico products in the locker rooms.
