The Swiffer CarpetFlick does for carpets what the original Swiffer did for hard floor cleaning. It's ideal for cleaning up particle spills and messes from carpets and rugs without the hassles associated with lugging out the vacuum cleaner. The perfect solution for in-between vacuuming and tidy-ups.

The innovative Swiffer CarpetFlick is a carpet sweeper that uses a unique cleaning cartridge with super sticky adhesive on both sides to trap and lock dirt instantly. Swiffer CarpetFlick is so lightweight and easy to use that it glides effortlessly across most all carpet surfaces and its manouverable swivel head allows you to "flick" visible particles into the see-through bin. When the cartridge is full, simply toss the dirty cleaning cartridge, reload, and you are ready to "flick" up the next particle mess. Just flick, trap and toss. With its disposable adhesive material, the top side traps particles like crumbs, dirt and leaves while the bottom side helps trap bits of fuzz and lint. So as quickly as those little particle messes appear, you can make them disappear. According to research from P&G's Product Development group, the new Swiffer CarpetFlick exceeded expectations for the majority of users and product testers were impressed with the amount of dirt it picked up.

The new Swiffer CarpetFlick will hit store shelves nationwide in mid-August. While P&G does not set retail prices, the Swiffer CarpetFlick is expected to retail at $12.99 where it will set a new, more affordable price point for carpet sweepers. Each starter kit contains one carpet sweeper and four cleaning cartridges. Refill cleaning cartridges are also available at $4.29 for a pack of 12.
