Enter Oreo’s 'Milk's Favorite Jingle Contest' at Lincoln Park Fest in Chicago

June 10, 2005 -- WHAT: Oreo cookie's first-ever "Milk's Favorite Jingle" Contest visits Chicago in search of a new combination - Oreo fans who love to sing. The contest invites small groups of 2-4 people to put their twist on the traditional "Oreo and Milk" jingle lyrics and perform their rendition LIVE on stage at the Lincoln Park Fest. One finalist group will be selected to compete among a total of ten groups at a finale event in Los Angeles. While in Los Angeles, the finalists will hang out with TV's Randy "The Dawg" Jackson. The grand prize winner will receive $10,000 and the chance to record a new Oreo radio commercial.

WHY: Oreo and Milk is a tradition that has brought people together for more than 90 years. Now "Milk's Favorite Cookie" is taking the tradition to a new level by inviting people to put their twist on the timeless jingle and create special Oreo and milk memories.

WHO: Groups of 2-4 people, all of whom must be ages 7 and up, are eligible to audition
