CruiseCompete.com Adds New Destination Search Capability
Nov. 3, 2004 -- CruiseCompete.com, the world's exclusive competitive cruise vacation pricing web site, has added yet another advanced search tool to aid travelers in finding their ideal cruise at the best price available.
The web site now enables travelers to find multiple cruise itineraries based on a preferred port of call or country. Cruisers also can narrow their search by departure port, date range, cruise length and cruise line at the same time.
Upon selecting a cruise based on destination, CruiseCompete.com visitors then click on a sail date to request competing quotes from nearly 100 member travel agencies across the country - helping consumers save hundreds, sometimes thousands, of dollars on their cruise vacations.
"Our new destination search tool is a breakthrough because it's significantly easier to use than what's found on conventional travel sites," said CruiseCompete CEO Bob Levinstein. "Say you want to take a cruise to St. Kitts in the southern Caribbean. Just type St. Kitts in the search tool and, in a few seconds, CruiseCompete.com finds all of the cruises that go there. Another click and you'll soon have the best prices. Nothing else on the Internet offers this type of functionality and ease of use."
CruiseCompete.com was launched in 2003 to save consumers time and money by enabling them to secure price quotes for cruises from multiple travel agencies without having to contact each one separately. To date, more than 100,000 customers have accessed CruiseCompete.com to request cruise prices from nearly 100 member travel agencies around the country. CruiseCompete, LLC, is an independent company not owned by or affiliated with any travel agency.
