March 2007 – Envision Peripherals Inc. (EPI), home to the AOC and Envision branded flat-panel displays, is making it easy to experience the power of Microsoft’s Windows Vista operating system with the launch of two competitively priced Windows Vista Premium-certified AOC widescreen format LCD monitors. Designed to deliver a superior productivity and multi-media experience for home and office users on any budget, the 22-inch AOC 212Va-1 and 19-inch AOC 912Vwa-1 each is optimized to take advantage of the full range of premium features and benefits found in the new Microsoft OS.

Each of the new AOC widescreen units meets Microsoft’s strict standards for Windows Vista Premium-certification and is designed to complement Microsoft’s aim to provide enhancements for productivity, multimedia and entertainment. Built to maximize screen space for Windows Vista Premium’s Sidebar feature, the flat-panel displays leave plenty of room for viewing multiple applications simultaneously. The speedy 5ms (typ) response time ensures better performance when viewing fast-motion video by delivering flicker-free graphics. Boasting 800:1 and 700:1 contrast ratios, respectively, the AOC 912Vwa-1 and AOC 212Va-1 provide vivid, cinematic-quality images.
