March 10, 2005 - Through its Best Price Guarantee program, United Vacations will refund the difference between a United Vacations package and any other identical package found that includes airfare via United Airlines.

"Customers can book with ease and peace of mind knowing that United Vacations offers the best price guaranteed and provides a quality end to end vacation experience," said Rick Karnes, vice president and general manager of United Vacations. "We want to give our customers, both new and loyal, every reason to have confidence when traveling with United Vacations."

To receive the Best Price Guarantee:

* Customers must have a confirmed booking with United Vacations.
* The lower price must be submitted online or via the call center within 24 hours following the purchase of the United Vacations package.
* The lower price must be publicly bookable and available.
* All package components must match exactly.

The United Vacations' Best Price Guarantee program does not apply to vacation packages with less than a $10 price difference; discounted rates that include consolidator rates, group rates, AAA, AARP, employee rates, reward programs, coupon promotions, contests/sweepstakes, military rates, government, membership, corporate or convention rates; and packages where the itinerary details are unknown until after purchase. The reservation must include a deposit. The Best Price Guarantee may change or be revised without prior notice at the sole discretion of United Vacations. Any refunds or credits will be issued in the amount paid for the United Vacations package, less any adjustments, credits or refunds that may have been issued in connection with United Vacations' Best Price Guarantee. United Vacations shall not be liable for the payment of refunds under the United Vacations' Best Price Guarantee program with respect to rates loaded in error by any supplier/competitor or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials related to the United Vacations' Best Price Guarantee program. In the event of any disputes regarding the United Vacations' Best Price Guarantee program, the decisions of United Vacations shall be final and binding on all parties. This offer is void where prohibited by law.
