Eye-Fi Users Can Now Upload Videos Directly to Facebook

Today Eye-Fi announced their Wi-Fi enabled digital camera memory cards will now send videos directly to Facebook. Eye-Fi users can now alert Facebook friends via newsfeed updates anytime they upload photos or videos to more than 25 sharing sites, including Flickr, Snapfish and Picasa... all without even turning on a computer.

To celebrate, the company just launched "The Eye-Fi Haunted Video Contest" for a chance to win an Eye-Fi Share Video card and an Eye-Fi Connected Casio camera. Starting today, upload your favorite Halloween video memory through Eye-Fi's Facebook page. Easily Share and Geotag Photos with Eye-Fi's Geo Card

Eye-Fi recently announced the Geo card, a new wireless SD memory card exclusive to Apple, that allows users to automatically upload photos from a digital camera to a computer and offers lifetime geotagging service. Available now in all Apple stores and online, the Eye-Fi Geo card is the latest addition to the Eye-Fi product family and is built to seamlessly integrate with Mac products and applications, including iPhoto '09 and '08, the iPhone and MobileMe.

Eye-Fi Unveils 4GB Wireless SDHC with RAW Image Support!

The Eye-Fi Pro is a new wireless SDHC memory card for digital cameras that allows users to automatically upload images straight from their camera to their computer and the Web. The Eye-Fi Pro includes RAW image support and peer-to-peer connectivity for a direct connection between the camera and a computer.

Also announced from Eye-Fi, is a new feature, Selective Transfer. It will give users more control over which photos and videos to upload. Using the standard "protect" or "lock" feature in any camera's menu, users can select which files to wirelessly upload. Any "protected" photo or video will automatically be uploaded, and all photos and videos will remain on the memory card until the user manually deletes them. Selective Transfer is free and available now for all Eye-Fi card users through the Eye-Fi Manager.

The Eye-Fi Pro is available now for $149 at Amazon or their website – www.eye.fi. All other Eye-Fi products are available at www.eye.fi, Best Buy, Apple Stores and other online e-tailers for $49 - $149.

Upload Videos Automatically with Eye-Fi

According to the Consumer Electronics Association's 2009 report Digital Imaging - A Focus on Sharing, more than 40% of consumers who share videos think it takes too much time to upload them. They won't be thinking that anymore. Now, with Eye-Fi's newest wireless memory cards, you can upload your videos wirelessly and automatically directly from your digital camera to Picasa, Photobucket, SmugMug, YouTube and Flickr. You don't even have to turn on your camera! Could it get any easier than that?

The 4GB Eye-Fi Share Video and Eye-Fi Explore Video cards also automatically geotag photos and videos with location information of where the video or picture was taken. Eye-Fi Developing Wireless Video Uploads Direct to YouTube

Eye-Fi iPhone App to be Unveiled at Macworld 2009

Known for creating the first wireless memory card for digital cameras, this iPhone application is a natural extension for Eye-Fi.

iPhone users can send photos to their computer or upload to one of 25 online photo sharing or social networking sites. Photos can also be automatically tagged with location information (geotag).

Eye-Fi Goes Beyond the Digital Camera with New iPhone Application

January 5, 2009 – Eye-Fi Inc., makers of the world's first wireless memory card for digital cameras, today announced it is developing a new iPhone application that will allow Eye-Fi card owners to send photos taken on an iPhone directly to their computer and the Web.
