Cellulounger Launches at CTIA

March 10, 2005 --Cellulounger, The cell phone beach chair will be announcing its official launch at the CTIA Wireless convention in New Orleans on March 14, 2005. Cellulounger is not just your average miniature beach chair; it’s made from real wood and canvas and looks and feels like a real beach chair. That’s why their slogan is “Cellulounger- where every day is a day at the beach.”

When you stop by their booth (Booth #132) don’t expect your average high-tech gadgetry that permeates CTIA. “We are delightfully low-tech”, says President Mike Krasney. “CTIA is made up of hundreds of companies with the latest, state-of-the-art equipment. We are totally the opposite. Cellulounger is designed to take you on a mental trip to the beach.” Krasney promises a few surprises at their booth. Think beach vacation.

But, their “tropical” chairs aren’t the only kind of Cellulounger you’ll see. They are rolling out their “promotional” chairs; a chair made specifically for companies in the cellular industry (retailers, manufacturers, etc.) to incorporate their logos on the perfect promotional item. Krasney says retailers love it. “What a lot of retailers have figured out is that a Cellulounger with their company name on it actually works as a great promotional marketing tool, because customers, who use the Cellulounger to rest their phones on, will be looking at their company name every time they use it. It’s the perfect grass roots marketing item!”

That’s not all. Cellulounger has made its way into schools and some of everyone’s favorite team logos are on the website, making Cellulounger a great option for any school or other team sports fundraisers.

And about those logos? Any chance of Cellulounger carrying your favorite team logo in the future? “One never knows” says Melanie Brown, VP of Sales and Finance. “For now, we have a select number of team sports logos available and the list is growing every day”.
