Toshiba Announces Lightest Satellite Notebook to Retail

Oct. 21, 2003 - Today, Toshiba's Digital Products Division (DPD) announced the availability of the Satellite M30/35 Series of notebook PCs which are the company's lightest Satellite notebook PC offerings to date. These products are designed for consumers and small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers demanding a stylish and lightweight mainstream notebook that delivers advanced productivity features and wireless connectivity. They are also Toshiba's first products to include Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 digital note-taking program which will be pre-installed on all Toshiba notebook and tablet PCs moving forward.

Packaged in a sleek silver chassis and weighing just over six pounds, the Satellite M30/35 Series features a vivid 15.4" diagonal wide-screen display and Intel Centrino mobile technology creating a unique blend of mobility and wireless (Wi-Fi 802.11b) connectivity.
