Roadpost Launched as One-Stop Source for Global Wireless Solutions

Company Specializes in Overseas and Remote Region Communications October 3, 2001- Roadpost Inc., (www.roadpost.com) a specialist in global wireless communications, has been launched to offer a broad range of coverage solutions for North Americans and organizations needing to stay connected from overseas or remote regions of the world. Formerly known as Rent Express Communications Inc. with over 10 years wireless experience, the new company serves the unique mobile telephone needs of key groups including: business travelers, vertical industry workers from the resource and marine sectors, government agencies and organizations focusing on security and humanitarian work.

Products and services range from international-standard mobile phones with service in more than 120 countries worldwide to Iridium satellite phone services providing coverage in all oceans, air routes and landmasses - even the Poles.

"We established Roadpost to address the unique communication requirements of North Americans when work takes them to areas of the globe where their home-based cellular phones don't function," says Roadpost's President Morris Shawn. "Our goal is to be positioned as the one-stop supplier of global contact solutions regardless of short or long-term requirements or communication services like voice, data and text messaging (e-mail messages sent directly to your handset)."

Roadpost has introduced a variety of new and competitively priced rate plans and handsets for overseas usage. Customers can now purchase handsets starting as low as (US)$99 and a full year of worldwide network access for only (US)$49. Or clients with a short-term need, can rent a ready-to-use phone kit starting at only (US)$49 per week.

"While North Americans have a number of alternatives for staying connected around the world, Roadpost offers a more comprehensive list of mobile service choices and specialized customer care than traditional providers," says Roadpost's Director of Marketing, Neil Millard. "With our full spectrum of wireless solutions, delivered to the customer prior to departure, we focus on convenience and full service."

Featuring top-of-the-line Motorola and Nokia equipment, all customer orders are fulfilled from Roadpost's centralized facilities in Houston or Toronto -- providing overnight delivery to virtually anywhere in North America as well as Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

"We are committed to offering our customers and partners access to the information they need to get more out of their global services," adds Shawn. "We have made significant upgrades to our billing information systems including the launch of a new Internet site (www.roadpost.com) that will become increasingly integrated with our other customer support systems. Our plan is to offer self-account management, on-line billing and activation of future wireless Internet type services.

"In the months ahead, we will also be developing new services that extend past voice into enhanced data solutions to give our customers even more efficient ways to stay on top of their world," says Shawn.
