Philips Unveils World's Thinnest 3.5-Inch QVGA TFT-LCD

Measuring only 3.5mm thick, this power-packed product answers the industry's call for thinner, highly functional, integrated display solutions that deliver superior front-of-screen (FOS) performance.Philips' signature super-thin transflective LCD module was designed to address the demand for optimal display resolution and performance able to support advanced multimedia capabilities for video, Internet and gaming within PDAs and smart phones-without sacrificing portability, battery life and overall convenience. The module also enables OEM customers to create thinner and lighter mobile device applications, while still allowing room for added functionality.
